  • Up to 50 people: $3,650 
  • Up to 75 people: $3,850 

Have your wedding & mini reception set up for you on Florida’s sunny beaches, while sinking your toes in the sand! This package includes your choice of decorated archway: 4-post canopy, Circle of Love, or any of our 2-post arches with fabric in colors of your choice and accents. Complimentary Chairs with sashes. PA system for ceremony music. Sand Unity Ceremony and Officiant to marry you. Our team does all the set up including a 10’x10′ tent & 2 skirted serving tables for you to bring in your own finger foods or cake and beverages to enjoy a 1.5 hour mini reception on the beach with family and friends.

Ceremony Items Included:

  • Officiant:  A professional minister or notary to perform a personalized and romantic ceremony along with filing your license after the ceremony. (the couple purchases marriage license at a FL Clerk of Court’s office).
  • On-site coordination
  • Wedding Client Portal –  Enjoy a superior planning experience for organizing your wedding.   Your customized portal will contain all your wedding details for a simple and stress-free experience.
  • Photography:
    • A professional photographer for up to 2 hours on the beach
    • All photo’s posted to online gallery available for viewing and download with rights to print
  • Wedding photos:  with copy release via an online gallery:  view & download all of your high-resolution photos, share with family and friends and order prints.
  • Sand Ceremony (includes table and keepsake heart shaped vase for you to keep)
  • Chalkboard – Customized message on chalkboard or Wedding sign of your choice
  • Decorations & Chairs–
    • 4-post canopy, Circle of Love, or any of our 2-post arches with fabric in colors of your choice and accents. (See below beach towns where the Circle of Love is available).
    • Complimentary White Wedding Chairs 
    • Complimentary Chair Sashes in color of your choice 
    • Decorated Aisleway with choices from our décor gallery
    • Sand Unity Ceremony: Sand unity table with vases with keepsake heart-shaped center vase
    • White Tent: 10×10 tent & 2 skirted serving tables (you may bring your own finger foods or cake and beverages to place on the tables)
    • Please Note: Florida Beaches do NOT allow the following: No alcohol, No Glass
  • Music: We provide a PA system for you to play your downloaded music on
  • Wedding Consultant:  Unlimited consulting to help you with planning for your special day.
  • Professional Décor Design Consult:  We help you design a custom day that will tie together your whole look so that your wedding perfectly expresses you as a couple.
  • Mini Reception Items Included:
    • 10×10 White Wedding Tent
    • 2 skirted serving tables (you may bring your own finger foods or cake & beverages to place on the tables)
    • Disposable plates, napkins & utensils
    • Trash or garbage receptacle
    • PA system available to play your downloaded reception playlist for the 1½ hour mini reception duration.

 

Additional Services

    • All services are provided for up to two hours at the ceremony site.
    • $650 videographer 2 hours, pre-ceremony & reception available
    • $250 per extra photo hour, pre-ceremony & reception available
    • $10 per additional person/cake or fruit bar (75 people maximum)
    • The Circle of Love arch is available in:  Naples, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Marco Island, Siesta Key, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Treasure Island and Ft Lauderdale. NOT available in: Destin / Ft Walton Beach, Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, Marco Island and Miami
